TURKEY & GRAVY SODA....
Feeling a bit thirsty for a little Turkey & Gravy Soda?
We are not making this up.
But if Turkey & Gravy soda, doesn't wet your palette, how about Brussels Sprout with Prosciutto, Cranberry Sauce, Wild Herb Stuffing, or Pumpkin Pie soda.
Two NFL Cheerleaders have been accused of engaging in a lesbian sexual activity in the rest-room of a Tampa, Florida bar, and then allegedly hitting another woman waiting to use the restroom. The two Carolina Panther cheerleaders, Renee Thomas, age 20, and Angela Keathley, age 26, were arrested after a fight began when they emerged from the same stall at Banana Joe's, a popular Tampa nightclub. The Tampa police said that Thomas punched a woman in the face as they were leaving the bathroom. The Panthers have fired Thomas, a dance major, and Keathley, a nurse. Additionally, Keathley has been placed on administrative leave from the hospital.
But the story doesn't end there. The cheerleader soap opera continued after Tampa police issued a warrant for Renee Thomas. According to police reports, when Thomas was arrested, she gave the name and driver's license of another Panthers' cheerleader. Oops.
Through her lawyer, Thomas has apologized for the incident but denied witness accounts of the lesbian sex. Meanwhile, Penthouse magazine is allegedly desperate to feature the young cheerleaders in an upcoming issue.
PARIS HILTON CRASH CAUGHT ON TAPE
It looks like Paris Hilton got the star treatment from the LAPD the other night night. They may have allowed her latest boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos, to drive drunk!
A videotape released by celebrity Web site TMZ.com shows what appears to be Hilton's companion, Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, slamming a Bentley into the back of a truck as the couple left a Hollywood nightclub early with at least two other people.
The tape shows the damaged car speeding away from the scene as bystanders and photographers scatter. Later, Niarchos is seen speaking to Los Angeles police officers who have pulled him over. One holds him by the elbow.
SCHOOL GIRLS VS GODZILLA
The best viral video of the moment, is definitely from this wacky overseas Fear Factor style TV show for kids.
Basically in this TV show import, young girls have put their head into a 'cage' with a live lizard. The girl who keeps her head in the 'cage' the longest wins the prize...We couldn't make this up...
The latest must-have accessory for the urban hip-hop masses is the Young Jeezy Snow Man T-Shirt. Earlier this year, Jeezy started giving out the shirts as a promo for his album Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101. Now Young Jeezy is getting the wrong kind of attention for his trademark T-shirt. It may just look like a cartoon image of a snowman with an angry grin, but the image made popular by Jeezy symbolizes someone who sells cocaine, better known in the street as snow. Now schools across the country are banning it, which of course is the best marketing Young Jeezy, who owns the rights for the image, could ever ask for...
A MILLION WAYS DANCE
Here's a viral-by-mistake marketing story you gotta love: This summer alt pop band OK Go were getting ready for a tour to promote their second album.
So, there they were in a Chicago-area backyard practicing a dance routine to go with one of their songs, 'A Million Ways.' The problem with practicing a dance routine in a backyard (as opposed to, say, in a dance studio) is there are no mirrors, so you can't see how you look.
Which is why the guys decided to tape the thing on a video camera set up on a tripod. They did their three-minute routine a few times and then checked the video.
One of their girlfriends thought the video looked so fun that she begged them to release it as their official video instead of the "real" video they were planning to do with a professional director. The band laughed at her. Thereupon, she posted the video online and emailed a couple of friends to get a second opinion.
Two point five million downloads later, the boys found themselves invited to perform the dance live on Good Morning America and The Tonight Show.
They've also begun receiving emails from fans with links to homemade videos of other groups of men performing the dance. (Apparently it's a big hit at weddings.)
