GREEN DAY - 2005 MOST SEARCHED BAND
Today we break out the Web's Most Wanted Band of 2005. This is the year of the most successful punk band, Green Day. It was January 18 of this year that the boys from Green Day, with their self-proclaimed punk-rock opera, American Idiot, made their Lycos 50 debut. Their success has helped them to "rock their way" to the top of the Web's Most Wanted, knocking last year's superstar Evanescence from their throne.
