There is a teenybopper in all of us.

With Lance Bass appearing on this week's Movers & Shakers list, I started reminiscing about *NSYNC and that golden age of teenybopper music in the late '90s/early 2000's. Britney Spears, the Backstreet Boys, and *NSYNC were all in their primes (before this current phase of custody battles and appearances on "Dancing with the Stars")

Here are my personal favorites of the 90's teenybopper songs:

"Autumn Goodbye," Britney Spears - The little-known B-side to the "Baby, One More Time" single was a gem.

"Genie in a Bottle," Christina Aguilera - "My body's saying let's go..."

"I Want it That Way," Backstreet Boys - Sure, it makes no sense, but its still awesome.

"Bye Bye Bye," *NSYNC - The video's also a keeper.

"Summer Girls," LFO - Who doesn't like girls who wear Abercrombie & Fitch?

I, sadly, was a fan of the lesser known Irish boyband Mytown, and always maintained they were better than BSB, *NSYNC, and all the others. Then again, I also said that about Hanson at some point in my teenage years.

I have to agree, the "Bye, Bye, Bye" video was awesome. I must've watched it a thousand times in my TRL-filled teenybopper days.

I must admit I loved Hanson's MMMMBop, and some of the NKOTB hits. But my all time fav Back Street Boys' song is one that never got alot of airplay, called The Perfect Fan. I even have that on my iPod.

Hmm,

I'm in my forties and I just listened to my NSYNC "No Strings Attached" CD the other night in fact it's still in my computer. "Bye, Bye, Bye" is a great tune.

The Backstreet Boys well I like them too. "As Long as You Love Me" and "The Call" are a couple of many of the songs I like. I'm never going to grow up!
